The FrhytmS Percussion is set to bring a performance that combines visual projections, dance, and music—”RARE-Beats.” The lineup includes award-winning sound artist Kent Lee, Borneo Sape artist Evan Lee, visual artist Faris Nasir, and special guest choreographer Nitin. Together, they will present the audience with a unique and unforgettable audiovisual experience through diverse artistic forms.

Combining visual projections, dance, and music, the FrhytmS Percussion will present two percussion performances –  “RARE-Beats.”. includes award-winning sound artist Kent Lee, Borneo Sape artist Evan Lee, visual artist Faris Nasir, and special guest choreographer Nitin, promising an unforgettable experience for the audience!

Kent Lee is a self-taught sound artist and aware-winning musician currently working in Kuala Lumpur. Kent delves in different disciplines of artistic practices, he is gravitating towards the experimental side of music — blending acoustics sounds with electronic gadgetry favouring improvisations over rigid compositions.

Vuevossa Visuals is a visual art project focusing on 2D and 3D fractals. The person behind the project is Faris Nasir, a multi-disciplinary artist based in Malaysia whose main art medium is soap bubble; bubbleology.

Anak Borneo is an independent songwriter and music producer that previously a vocalist from Kitai Anak Borneo (KAB), a band that makes contemporary music with Sarawakian cultural fusion.

Nitin initially trained for 12 years in Kathak and Odissi dance under the renowned Guru Parwati Datta, following the esteemed Guru-Shishya tradition. Subsequently, Nitin studied the nuances of dance movements and the Abhinaya performance style under Kathak maestro Padamvibhushan Pt. Birju Maharaj and Odissi dance guru Guru Kelucharan Mahopatra. Nitin quickly absorbed the essence of these art forms and stands out among his peers as a leading dance thinker. He has participated in numerous prestigious dance and music festivals in India and abroad.
